Project Details:

8 North is an 11-storey mixed use development located in the prestigious suburb of St Leonards, comprising 64 luxury apartments, 88 car parking spaces and commercial office space at ground level.

The project featured Dincel formwork technology, which was used to form load-bearing shear walls. This innovative system assisted significantly with reducing overall project time and costs.

All apartments feature high quality finishes including stone kitchen bench tops and splashbacks with a feature timber pelmet light. Hardwood timber flooring is used throughout the lounge, kitchen and entrance areas. In the bathrooms, there is feature tiling, frameless glass shower screens and ‘floating’ vanity units.
