The money that is raised will contribute to RSPCA’s expert animal care, veterinary treatments and the support of foster services. As Lahey staff are currently onsite at RSPCA Yagoona, our team see first-hand the dedication and time that the RSPCA staff devote to caring for the animals. Lahey is delighted to announce the completion of Stage 2A Main Building works at Charles Sturt Universities’ Port Macquarie Campus. The Stage 2A development comprised the design and construction of a number of state-of-the-art tiered and flat-floored learning and teaching spaces, a laboratory, multiple breakout and collaborative meeting spaces, kitchens and amenities, an events space, a gymnasium, and additional car parking. The Stage 2A development flows from the existing campus via a link way across the adjacent wildlife reserve allowing for safe animal crossing underneath. Lahey Constructions is excited to announce securing the contract for the construction of the Nambucca Heads Connected Learning Centre (CLC) T3 on behalf of TAFE NSW. Connected Learning Centres will provide more choice, better access and convenient training, supported by digital technologies, to students and employers across regional NSW. Lahey Constructions has been awarded the contract for the Stage 6 construction works at the Nambucca Valley Christian Community School (NVCCS), making this Lahey’s 97th education project to be delivered across its 70 year history. Works include the construction of a new woodwork and metalwork building as well as a new general learning building/primary classroom and new maintenance shed. Lahey Constructions is extremely proud of the RSPCA Yagoona project team, having handed over Stage 1 of the project two months ahead of schedule! The car park structure was built using precast concrete panels, beams and columns. The team did a tremendous job delivering the Stage 1 works ahead of schedule and the client is enjoying the early use of their new car park as the team obtained an interim Occupation Certificate for the car park area. Singleton Council has awarded Lahey Constructions the contract for the construction works associated with the new Animal Management Facilities located in Fern Gully, NSW. The development includes the construction of a new Animal Management Facility including animal pens and designated animal exercise areas. Charles Sturt University has awarded Lahey Constructions the contract to build Stage 2B to expand the facilities at the Port Macquarie campus. The Stage 2B Development will see the construction of the Port Macquarie International Education Centre, which is part of a larger development project that will enable the University to admit an additional 1800 students, 430 of which will be international students.
