Contract Award | Stage 7 NVCCS

Following on from its successful completion of Stage 6 for Nambucca Valley Christian Community School (NVCCS), Lahey Constructions is thrilled to be awarded the contract to deliver Stage 7.

Lahey will again partner with Stanton Dhal Architects, who recently announced construction commencement of the new classroom building at NVCCS to accommodate the rapid growth of the school. This new building is the first two-storey building on campus and will provide the school with additional GLAs and a separate secondary library with seminar room to enhance the secondary learning environment. Furthermore, substantial earth reclamation will also be part of the works to provide larger playing areas and open outdoor learning opportunities for all students.

Construction will commence shortly in readiness for use by the start of school year 2022. Lahey is looking forward to working with Stanton Dahl and the rest of the project team for the successful delivery of this project.
