Project Win | Singleton Animal Management Facilities

Singleton Council has awarded Lahey Constructions the contract for the construction works associated with the new Animal Management Facilities located in Fern Gully, NSW. The development includes the construction of a new Animal Management Facility including animal pens and designated animal exercise areas. The facility will also comprise of a reception and administration offices, laundries and amenities, including car park for staff and visitors. Contract Award | Charles Sturt University Stage 2B

Charles Sturt University has awarded Lahey Constructions the contract to build Stage 2B to expand the facilities at the Port Macquarie campus. The Stage 2B Development will see the construction of the Port Macquarie International Education Centre, which is part of a larger development project that will enable the University to admit an additional 1800 students, 430 of which will be international students. Constract Award | Lismore Court Facilities Upgrade

NSW Department of Communities and Justice have selected Lahey Constructions to deliver the Lismore Court Facilities Upgrade Project. The project includes internal refurbishment to areas of the courthouse as well as an extension to the existing Court 4 Building. Our team will be working in and around the live courthouse environment to ensure this critical project for NSW Communities and Justice is delivered on time. Early demolition works were completed over the Christmas break to allow Court staff to start back at work on 2nd Jan 2020, now on with the main works.


Contract Award | St. Columba Anglican School – Sustainability and Environmental Centre (SEC)

Lahey are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the contract to construct the new St Columba Anglican School Sustainability and Environmental Centre, located at the existing school campus in Port Macquarie. The project includes the construction of a new two-story Sustainability and Environmental Centre which will contain four large classrooms, offices, a preparation area, resource storage rooms and covered breakout areas. External works will include the reconfiguration and realignment of the existing amphitheatre to accommodate the new building. Contract Award | RSPCA

Lahey have recently secured the contract to construct and deliver the RSPCA Sydney Shelter Redevelopment. The project will be delivered in two stages, Stage 1 works include the construction of new single storey building with ground floor carpark, creating an additional 80 car spaces. 87 individual kennels will be located on the upper level, each with their own underfloor ‘’closed loop’’ heating system and dog runs fitted with artificial turf at the end of each kennel block, including dog bath area and treatment rooms. Contract Win | Charles Sturt University, Port Macquarie Stage 2

Lahey are proud to announce that we have been appointed by Charles Sturt University (CSU) to deliver Stage 2 (PMQ2) of their Port Macquarie Campus. Our team are delighted to work alongside CSU, BVN and Savills to deliver this state-of-the-art facility. The new Stage 2 development will include additional learning and teaching spaces, a laboratory, breakout and meeting spaces, student kitchen and facilities, events space, along with additional car parking. Contract Award – Central Sydney Intensive English High School

Lahey Constructions has been awarded the contract for the new build and refurbishment of one of Sydney’s oldest public schools. The Alexandria Park Community School, originally established back in 1890, will be redeveloped and become the new home for the Central Sydney Intensive English High School. The rejuvenated facility will feature a new build three-storey teaching space with a gymnasium that will seamlessly link into the existing refurbished Block D building. Artarmon Contract Awarded

Lahey Constructions have been awarded the contract for the delivery of the new Artarmon Public School. Our project team are looking forward to working alongside GHD project management, DEC and the school to deliver the works on time and exceed stakeholder expectations. Lahey Awarded the Contract for Southern Highlands Police Station

Lahey Constructions was recently awarded the contract to build the Southern Highlands Police Station in Moss Vale, this will be the 12th police station Lahey have built. The new 2 storey Local Area Command Police Station includes demolition of the existing Police Station, basement level parking and external works. We look forward to working with Police Property Group, NSW Police Force, Gardner Wetherill & Associates and Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions once again.
