8 North Apartments Complete!

Lahey Constructions is excited to announce the completion of 8North apartments. Nestled in the heart of St Leonards, this 2 tower, 11-storey mixed use development consists of 64 apartments, with a mix of 1 and 2 beds with 1 bed ‘loft’ apartments to the upper floors and commercial suites on the ground floor.

Lahey were engaged to construct the 8North apartments by developer Property Development Corporation. The apartments were designed by renowned Sydney architect PopovBass, the apartments feature individual colour schemes that give a unique feel and personality to each apartment.
