Some significant budgetary constraints for Wyndham Vacation Resort meant this project was fast becoming unachievable – until Lahey Constructions were engaged to deliver an innovative design and construct solution.

We re-designed the project within budget objectives to meet agreed performance and quality criteria, with an emphasis on value engineering and providing alternate design solutions. The end result is a sophisticated, contemporary purpose-built resort that takes full advantage of the picturesque natural surrounds.  The development includes 60 self-contained apartments, which provide unique and private spaces in which to unwind and indulge. They are strategically positioned so that every aspect provides uninterrupted views of the coastal rainforest landscape.
