The Directors of the organisation have appointed Vargha Zare as new CEO, taking over from Philip Lahey. Mr Zare joined the company in March 2016 and has been acting in the role of Chief Operating Officer, he has developed a long list of achievements and overseen and supported numerous construction and infrastructure projects during his career. Mr Lahey said Mr Zare’s experience and approach would be particularly beneficial when he officially takes the reins from June 2018.

Mr Lahey said, ‘’the appointment reflected a carefully planned transition, with Mr Zare’s immediate challenge, to grow the business in an increasingly difficult construction environment.’’

“The company has an extremely good track record in several key sectors the challenge will be to continue the growth, maintain profitability and at the same time maintain discipline, but continue to hold strong the principles of transparency, collaboration, accountability and pride. We are looking forward to a strong FY2018, built on our core principles. We will hold firm to our business and strategic plan that we hope will establish us as a strong Tier 2 builder in our chosen geographies.” Mr Zare said.
