Christmas Fundraiser!

This Christmas Lahey once again raised money for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, The Sydney Children’s Hospital Emergency Department (ED) provides urgent medical care for more than 36,500 children each year from babies with severe infections through to teenagers with broken bones. With more than 100 children being cared for in our Emergency Department every day, the ED team need to urgently replace eight of our 18 ED Trauma Beds as these are now more than 8 years old so they are showing significant signs of wear and tear.

Our goal was to raise enough money to buy two new trauma beds for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, each bed costs approx. $8,323 so our target was $16,646 and we are happy to announce that with help of our amazing supply chain partners and staff we smashed this target and raised over $20,000!! Special thanks to all subcontractors and everyone who donated, a huge thanks goes to major donors who gave very generously, which include; Kraneworx & Kranecrew Management, Orange Bins, Kln Group, Modular Building Systems, Hew Group and Prestige Form Group NSW.

We would also like to thank the companies who donated gifts to be auctioned and raffled off at our Christmas party this year, they were; 3 Phase Electrical, Ashmor Plumbing, Coordinated Landscapes, Harvey Norman Commercial, we made in excess of $3,600 which will all go to the charity.

Well done to all of those who supported this charity, you are making a difference to the children’s lives and ongoing treatment.
